Growth Groups
In the second chapter of Acts we get a picture of how the early church stayed connected with one another as they enjoyed rapid church growth. Acts 2: 46-47 says, “They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity – and each day the Lord added to their group those who were being saved.”
A unique way to reinforce growth
The development of Growth Groups puts the power of fellowship and discipleship together in order to strengthen our growth into mature Christians. We offer several groups with various curriculum offerings in semesters (Spring and Fall). Each semester, everyone is encouraged to pray over all the offerings and join the group that will help you grow stronger in your relationship with Christ.
There are two groups offered every other semester as part of our Growth Track at Enon Church. The S.H.A.P.E. class is designed to help all believers discover their spiritual gifts and how to get busy using them in church service. The SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES class focuses on helping believers develop daily habits of growth in order to walk closely with Jesus in the center of our lives. If you haven’t already, participating in these groups is a great way to grow toward spiritual maturity in Jesus Christ.
