Psalm 100
“Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good
and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.”
After the “Psalm 23” preaching series, Psalm 100 is a beautiful response for the
Thanksgiving season. When we consider how much our Faithful Shepherd loves
and cares for us; how can we not come before Him with joyful worship and
thanksgiving?! He is worthy of all our praise and so much more! Not just during
the month of November, but may we live with joyful and grateful hearts each and every day!
The Apostle Paul encouraged the Thessalonians: “Rejoice always, pray
continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ
Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18
Praising Jesus for all He’s given me to be thankful for!
